Gary has nearly twenty years in the employee development and training industry. Gary has a proven track record of partnering with employers and human resources professionals, looking to understand their business and human capital goals in order to develop prescriptive solutions. Since joining Marsh McLennan Agency, Gary has leveraged his understanding of the challenges facing business leaders today. Gary leads the Michigan Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practice providing guidance around talent recruitment, awareness, and training. In addition, he helps organiztions maximize their DE&I investment ia a member of MMA’s national DE&I team. As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practice lead, Gary strategically collaborates with clients in order to help them establish or grow their DE&I plans.
Amanda Keys

An experienced human resources professional with a focus on employee engagement, Amanda Keys joined Marsh McLennan Agency in 2020 to help organizations foster a thriving culture, supporting employee well-being and diversity, equity & inclusion. Prior to joining MMA, Amanda honed her human resources and benefits management skills working for both publicly-held and non-profit entities. The spectrum of her responsibilities included legal and regulatory compliance, vendor management, well-being initiatives, and directing DE&I strategy development. Amanda leverages her familiarity with the unique challenges and responsibilities facing HR professionals to help organizations develop a path forward that aligns with their culture, corporate structure, and resources. Specifically, Amanda’s mission is to help organizations develop best-in-class culture, well-being and DE&I programming to engage and retain employees and that employers can manage going forward.
